Mr. Ankush Ramdas Dhadse

At the heart of Andira Group is the vision and leadership of Mr. Ankush Ramdas Dhadse. With over two decades of experience in the agriculture sector, he is a seasoned professional with an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing.

His work has consistently driven innovation in crop nutrition, pest management, plant growth regulators, and water-soluble fertilizers. Under his dynamic guidance, Andira Group has evolved into a rapidly growing enterprise with a strong presence across agri-input manufacturing, agro-tourism, fresh produce exports, health & wellness, and logistics.

His deep-rooted understanding of farmer needs and market trends shapes our strategic approach, building a sustainable future for Indian agriculture through quality, integrity, and technological advancement.

Mrs. Prachiti Ankush Dhadse

Mrs. Prachiti Ankush Dhadse is a dynamic Director within the Andira Group, leading multiple strategic businesses including Andira Bioenergy Private Limited, Andira Logistics, Andira Lubricants & Auto Parts, and Nexora Ventures.

With a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), she combines strong organizational leadership with a people-centric approach, ensuring sustainable growth across diverse industries. Her leadership focuses on efficient business operations, strong partnerships, and innovative solutions that create long-term value.

From renewable energy and logistics to industrial products and emerging ventures, she plays a key role in expanding the Group's presence into new markets — believing responsible leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement are the foundation of sustainable business success.

Mr. Parag Baburao Nandanwar

Mr. Parag Baburao Nandanwar serves as Director of Andira Infratech Private Limited, bringing over 11 years of professional experience in civil construction and infrastructure development.

Holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to community-focused development. He has successfully managed and supervised a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects, emphasizing quality, safety, timely execution, and operational excellence.
